The Black Market originally appeared in Mists of Pandaria; in Forever this is its first Classic-format implementation.

What Mister Graphed sells

Rare reagents at fixed prices. Black Lotus, Arcane Crystal, and other classic materials are sold without a limit — items that in regular Classic 2019 and on Anniversary servers used to spiral out of control because of rare drops and high demand.

New materials. The first page of his stock shows new reagents Fel Crystal and Stranglevine — without a fixed price, they would likely have shot to astronomical costs as well.

Price protection for farmers. For example, miners gather Pyrite for around 1 silver, while Mister Graphed sells it for 5 gold: the price doesn't crash for those who gather reagents in the usual way. Pristine Leather and Frilled Lichen seem to work the same way.

Gift of Galloping for 150 gold. A consumable that grants +10% mount speed and lasts 15 real days. It stacks with other speed bonuses — for example, Carrot on a Stick.
