Orc racials were updated for Forever. Blood Fury now increases both attack power and spell power by 10% for 15 seconds. Hardiness reduces the duration of stun effects by 20%. Axe Specialization now grants critical strike chance. Blizzard's announcement also lists Shatter Curse, which grants immunity to curses and reduces magic damage taken. It was reported as missing from the beta client when the announcement was published.

The new class for Orcs is the Mage, one of Blizzard's six new race and class combinations. Community feedback on the US beta forums argues that the Orc racials are stronger than those of other races.
