Night Elves gain a new racial in Forever: Elune's Light increases critical strike chance by 10% for 15 seconds. Wisp Spirit now increases movement speed after death by 75%, up from 50%. Shadowmeld and Quickness remain. Warcraft Tavern's racial guide notes that Shadowmeld now also drops threat, and that the racial Nature Resistance has been removed along with other racial resistances.

Night Elves are one of two races, along with Tauren, that receive no new class in Forever.
