Ahead of the launch of World of Warcraft: Forever, Blizzard has launched the offline Escape Together promo: from October 8 to 11, a quest room based on the Scarlet Monastery runs in Toronto, and on October 23 the finale between Horde and Alliance teams will be streamed live.

As World of Warcraft: Forever approaches release, Blizzard has launched the Escape Together promotion — a series of offline challenges and a stream where real players face off against each other and a locked room inspired by the classic Scarlet Monastery dungeon.

Where and When

• October 8–11, 2026 — a physical quest room is open in Toronto at Escape Manor's King Street location. Visitors can drop in with their own group; tickets are sold on the Escape Manor website.
• October 23, 2026 (Friday) — the finale will be streamed live on Warcraft's official Twitch and YouTube channels. Blizzard has said it will announce the exact stream time later.

What's Inside

Escape Together is a competition between Horde and Alliance teams. First, the participants go through a series of challenges against each other, and in the finale both teams end up in the same quest room, styled after the Scarlet Monastery — the dungeon where Classic players first encountered the Scarlet Crusade and its fanatics. The goal is to escape before your opponents.

During the stream, Blizzard will show real players tackling the challenges and will announce the winning faction.

In Practice

• From October 8 to 11 in Toronto, you can visit in person with a group — it's the only way to try the quest room yourself.
• Everyone else can catch the stream on October 23: the finale between the Horde and Alliance teams will be broadcast for free on Twitch and YouTube.
• The promotion does not affect World of Warcraft: Forever itself: it's marketing ahead of the November 4, 2026 release, not a content update.
