Blizzard will give all beta testers 16 Legacy points
01.10.2026Blizzard is simplifying access to the Legacy system in Forever: all beta participants will receive 16 points during one of the upcoming test weeks. This will help test perks without long grinds through different classes and dungeons.
Blizzard announced in a blue post that during the upcoming weeks of the World of Warcraft: Forever beta, all testers will receive 16 Legacy points. The grant is planned to be applied during one of the upcoming test weeks and kept in place through the end of the beta on October 21, 2026.
Over the first two weeks of the beta, the team noticed that testers are actively working to earn points in the Legacy system, but that's not enough for a proper check — they first have to level different classes and clear dungeons. To cover all perk branches faster, Blizzard is simply giving everyone the same starting amount.
