As of BlizzCon 2026 week, "Warcraft Forever" is a rumoured name circulating alongside Project Camelot in conversations about a possible WoW Classic+ project — nothing confirmed.

Azeroth Morning Radio Episode 50, released the morning of 8 September, was a pre-BlizzCon warm-up. The hosts ran through their Anaheim plan and paused on a name that had been appearing in Warcraft circles over the previous days: "Warcraft Forever."

Camelot is the older codename the community has been tracking for months. On the show, the newer label is positioned as what that codename might be called in public.

The convention opens at the Anaheim Convention Center in the days after the episode aired. Whether anything Classic+ lands on the main stage is the open question; until then, the label is conjecture rather than a project.
